Lockdown 2 homework. Week 3: Cosy

Ok, I might have got this one a little bit wrong. For some reason I was thinking of comfy and not cosy. Similar but not quite the same.

The idea behind this image of course was Reggie being able to make himself comfortable no matter what the situation is. Reggie is very happy just to sit on my and fall asleep no matter what I am doing. I did an initial photo, very similar to the image I eventually put in but unfortunately, Reggie’s nose was just going out of focus, so I reshot the image.

I actually prefer this image to the final image, as it had a more comedic look to it, with Reggie just lying there with his eyes open, even though he is asleep. I also like the closer image more, as it fills the frame better, even though my head position isn’t ideal but some times breaking the rules just works.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the aperture right though and I couldn’t get Reggie into the same position. So I took he second image a couple of days later.

Overall, maybe not my favourite image, it is ok but I am sure with more motivation, I could have done better.
